All interchangeable terms. STRIKEPACK™ Dominators have Paddles, STRIKEPACK™ Eliminators have Action Buttons (Back Buttons). Both are considered Paddle Buttons. STRIKEPACK™ adds this pro-controller-like feature to your standard controller without voiding warranty.

<summary>What is a M.O.D.?</summary>

**M.O.D.** is an acronym for **Macro On Demand**, our term for a pre-programmed macro. A macro is an automated sequence of controller inputs. Some macros are designed to work a specific way, while others are adjustable. The most advanced macros even allow you to create & customize your own input sequences.

<summary>What is a GAMEPACK?</summary>

A GAMEPACK is a digital pack that contains a collection of M.O.D.s (Macros On Demand). STRIKEPACK™ Dominator & Eliminator, as of Firmware v3, use New Experience M.O.D. Mode which is kind of like one big pack, whereas newer products like STRIKEPACK HORIZON™ can gain access to various packs that fulfill different roles.

<summary>Does STRIKEPACK™ for PS4® work with a third party or counterfeit controller?</summary>

STRIKEPACK™ Dominator / Eliminator for PS4® requires a **standard** DualShock®4 controller from Sony®. They DO NOT work with third party or counterfeit controllers.

<summary>Does STRIKEPACK™ for PS4® also work on PS5®?</summary>

STRIKEPACK™ Dominator / Eliminator can be used on PS4®, or with PS4® game versions running in backwards compatibility on PS5®. It only works with the DualShock®4, which native PS5® games block you from using.

No, STRIKEPACK™ for PS4® is incompatible with PC gaming, and it will crash if you attempt to use it for this purpose. Please use STRIKEPACK™ for Xbox® or STRIKEPACK HORIZON™ for use on PC.

STRIKEPACK™ Dominator / Eliminator for Xbox® works well on PC. You may occasionally run into a problematic game launcher, but overall compatibility is high.

STRIKEPACK™ Dominator / Eliminator for Xbox® requires a **standard** controller from Microsoft®. They DO NOT work with Elite Series controllers, or third party controllers.

<summary>Why do my M.O.D.s NOT work?</summary>

If your M.O.D.s (Macros On Demand) are NOT working, you should first establish if you can you map anything to the Paddle Buttons in Tournament Mode. If the answer is no, there is a connection problem between the cable, STRIKEPACK™, and controller. If you can map in Tournament Mode, you either need to spend more time reading the guides, or you may need to do a "Memory Clear (Reset)"; please refer to the guide for your STRIKEPACK™.

<summary>How can I fix "Unexpected Error" in M.O.D. Central?</summary>

In the event of an "Unexpected Error", you will need close M.O.D. Central and restart your computer. Before re-opening M.O.D. Central, you will need to do a "Memory Clear (Reset)"; please refer to the guide for your STRIKEPACK™.
