Below you'll find some common terminology used when discussing M.O.D.s (Macros On Demand) & STRIKEPACK™ technology.

***

<mark style="color:$info;">**M.O.D.**</mark>

**M.O.D.** is an acronym for **Macro On Demand**, our term for a pre-programmed macro. A macro is an automated sequence of controller inputs. Some macros are designed to work a specific way, while others are adjustable. The most advanced macros even allow you to create & customize your own input sequences such as **Macro Editor**.

* In **New Experience M.O.D. Mode**, everything the STRIKEPACK™ does is technically built from macros—even if it doesn’t always appear that way at first.

***

<mark style="color:$info;">**Difference between a M.O.D. and a hack**</mark>

All our products, including STRIKEPACK™, use **only M.O.D.s (Macros On Demand)**. Macros can be powerful but they're simply sequences of controller inputs—they ***cannot*** exceed your game’s maximum input timings, and that’s a good thing. Macros work within the game & system limits, whereas hacks break them. That's the difference.

* M.O.D.s build upon your skills; they don't replace them.
* STRIKEPACK™ is physically incapable of hacks. It ***does not*** use, allow, or support hacks in any way, shape, or form.

***

<mark style="color:$info;">**Match In-Game Setting**</mark>

STRIKEPACK™ settings that must be matched to your in-game settings. These include Button Layout & Stick Layout. M.O.D.s & STRIKEPACK™ Menus won't work correctly if it's looking for the wrong buttons.

***

<mark style="color:$info;">**Weapon Slot**</mark>

There are 8 Weapon Slots in New Experience M.O.D. Mode. Each one can store a different Fire Mode M.O.D. & Recoil Assist setting. You are encouraged to associate an in-game weapon with each Slot.

***

<mark style="color:$info;">**Hybrid Swap**</mark>

A STRIKEPACK™ system for managing the different **Slots**. It supports a simple primary/secondary weapon setup by tracking your Switch Weapon button presses using 2 Slots, and also includes 6 additional Slots that you can manually switch to.

***

<mark style="color:$info;">**Recoil Assist**</mark>

A M.O.D. that mimics tilting your Aim Analog Stick to control recoil. When adjusted for your current weapon, this reduces recoil-induced camera movement. When properly tuned, it applies just enough opposing force to stabilize your aim during sustained ADS firing, without interfering with your natural stick input.

* Recoil Assist is delivered in 2 forms: **Quick Edit** which is quick & easy, and **Weapon Editor** which is powerful & highly effective.

***

<mark style="color:$info;">**Aim Assist**</mark>

A M.O.D. that mimics a very small, controlled Aim Analog Stick movement to help you stay inside your game’s built-in aim assist bubble. *Does not* create aim assist on its own (*that's impossible*). Requires an in-game Aim Assist to work with.

* Subtle effect; manage your expectations with this one.
