# Previous Firmware Guides

**STRIKEPACK™ New Experience Firmware v3** is an optional update for most **STRIKEPACK™ Dominator** and **Eliminator** gaming adapters (almost all models are supported except CM00083, CM00082, and CM00030).

The update significantly transforms the product, replacing all existing content on the device. It is focused on prioritizing user empowerment to create and share over any handholding, and this may not appeal to everyone, especially if your discontinued subscription has yet to end.

The previous firmware version is the latest version prior to 3.0.0 that you can get in the [**Standard Firmware Updater**](https://firmware.modcentral.ca). Do not go back further as the old downloadable version of M.O.D. CENTRAL will reject it.

For archival purposes, guides for the previous firmware version's built-in features are provided below. Both the previous firmware and these legacy guides are depreciated, offered *as-is*, and may contain inaccuracies and references that are no longer valid. Support is discontinued for previous firmware versions.
