As of the Firmware v3, **Paddle Mapping** for STRIKEPACK™ Dominator for PS4® has been reworked to be similar to more recent products like STRIKEPACK HORIZON™. Direct Mapping has been replaced with a dedicated **Mapping Mode** that helps to prevent accidental remapping. This dedicated mode is entered exclusively through the **left-hand unlabeled button**:

{% hint style="danger" icon="power-off" %}
**NOTE:** The right-hand unlabeled button has been repurposed into a [**Restart**](/dominator_eliminator_newexperience/strikepack-dominator-for-ps4/restart-strikepack.md) button.
{% endhint %}

Unlike Horizon (which can have near unlimited configurations), Paddle mappings here are a single configuration shared between **Tournament Mode** & **New Experience M.O.D. Mode**, just as they were before. Since different games often use different control schemes, you may want to remap the Paddles when switching games.

Check out the quick demonstration of Mapping Mode below, or follow the steps on this page for more detailed instructions:

You can enter **Mapping Mode** from **Tournament Mode** or **New Experience M.O.D. Mode**; it doesn't matter because it's the same mapping across both.

## Next

Now that you've mapped your Paddles, most pages past this point cover optional M.O.D. (Macro On Demand) use. Next, we'll show you how to navigate the Config Menu, so you can start using M.O.D.s:

[**Menu: Category Navigation**](/dominator_eliminator_newexperience/strikepack-dominator-for-ps4/menu-category-navigation.md)

{% hint style="danger" icon="forward" %}
If you're *not* a M.O.D. user (only interested in Tournament Mode), [**skip the M.O.D. pages here**](/dominator_eliminator_newexperience/strikepack-dominator-for-ps4/memory-clear.md).
