**Auto Run Category** provides several options for games that don’t include a built-in Automatic Sprint setting. This M.O.D. eliminates the need to press the analog stick button to sprint, helping reduce the stick wear, thumb strain, and hand cramping that can result from this repetitive action.

## Auto Run Delay

If sprinting cancels your reloads, check whether your game includes a setting to turn it off. If it doesn't, you can add an activation delay from **0-10 seconds** in [**Adjustables**](https://guide.strikepack.com/dominator_eliminator_newexperience/strikepack-eliminator-for-ps4/pages/2wY2OJgyBLrUHKONPxMk#id-5.-auto-run-delay). This delay applies whenever you press your **Reload** button, preventing **Auto Run** from activating so your weapon has time to finish reloading.

The exact time needed depends on the weapon, but a setting of **3 seconds** usually works for most.

**NOTE:** A side effect of this is that most games map **Respawn** to the same button, meaning the delay also applies after respawning.
