# Match Settings & Requirements

***If Button & Stick Layout**, **or any other grey bordered settings are present under*** <img src="/files/QD9qVpfY3MElYlZAzy8a" alt="" data-size="line">**Settings**, <img src="/files/FTIPMMo2lFVsDuBcyTX7" alt="" data-size="line">tap the drop-down arrows to expand each section of the grey border area & ensure that these settings are **MATCHED** to your in-game settings.  The image below is an example of supported settings that will vary depending on the GAMEPACK.

* When matched correctly, settings like these will point M.O.D.s (Macros On Demand) to the correct controller buttons & optimization for your in-game settings.

{% hint style="danger" %} <mark style="color:red;">**Warning:**</mark> **DO NOT** miss any settings within the grey border or you risk an adversely affected experience, but keep in mind that it **ONLY** covers in-game settings that are relevant to the M.O.D.s.  Keep an eye on the **Settings** area between GAMEPACK updates in case new settings are added & ensure that your settings remain **MATCHED**.

Unfortunately, it is **NOT** viable for our team to support every possible in-game configuration.  Even supported in-game settings may not include all possible steps or options.  Consider reviewing which in-game settings you are using & avoid making console system-wide changes to your controls.

We strongly encourage that you follow these requirements for M.O.D.s to function correctly.  For Optimized Anti-Recoil, you will sometimes be able to use unsupported in-game configurations **if** you can successfully make adjustments with Quick Edit.  Our team will mention in the [**Changelog**](/horizon/changelog.md) when updates are made to these lists.  Please check back here from time to time.
