# GENERIC: Fire Mode

For the best Weapon M.O.D. (Macro On Demand) experience, you are always better off selecting a supported weapon <img src="https://1841283601-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FFYraHizgjOptWmwCAGKE%2Fuploads%2FdbaHHRaQADToQchuc4Ja%2Fexampleweapon.png?alt=media&#x26;token=66b3730a-e952-4109-a0fc-fc5e5d3ee396" alt="" data-size="line"> that our team has taken the time to optimize, however, this GAMEPACK also includes the following **GENERIC**: **Fire Modes**.  You can even apply your own Anti-Recoil later.

For **Rapid Fire**, **Steady Fire**, or **any** Fire Mode that is "**Rapid**", set your in-game weapon to "Semi-Automatic" or "Single Shot" whenever possible for the best fire rate.
